Family Session

First..we'll chat. I want to know about your family, and your style. What do you like to do? Where you love to spend time? We'll talk about location, outfits, and special belongings you may want to include in your pictures.

Next...we book a date and time. If your session involves children, we'll plan a time when they are at their best. Well rested and fed kiddos are happier. I'll also ask you to give me a priority list of images you'd love to have. Is it the siblings together? An amazing family picture for your entryway? I want to come to the photo session on the same page as you. If you're not sure what you want? We'll talk about it, until we have the same vision for the session.

Then...we have our photo session! This is a time to relax, have fun and be yourself. My sessions are 1-2 hours, which is plenty of time for outfit changes (if you like), little breaks to just hang out and chat...all mixed in between time in front of the camera. I like to guide the photo session by setting up a shot with good lighting in a great location, and then interact with you to get a range of genuine expressions.
After that...you have a long week to wait while I cull through the images, choosing the best of the best and re-touching each one. You'll be presented with an online password-protected gallery. The website has an online shopping cart, so you can order from home any time of day or night.
In a few weeks, you'll be hanging your new art work, thinking about how easy it was!
